Tennis for everyone . Whatever your age and however well (or
badly!) you play tennis, you will find a warm welcome at our club. There
is no playing-in standard, so players who are new to the game, or a bit
rusty after a few years' break, will still find suitable partners and
opponents. For more experienced player, we will also try to
introduce you to people of a similar standard to play with.
Just turn up and play . Joining a new club for the first time can be quite an
intimidating experience, particularly if you don't know anyone, or if you
aren't very confident in your tennis ability, one of the very special
things about our Club is that you can turn up on any weekday summer
evening after 7pm and more-or-less be certain to be able to find people of
a similar standard to play tennis with. You do not have to come with a
partner or an opponent and the duty member will introduce you to the
club. The club has two courts with floodlights extending play for the
autumn evenings.
Balls supplied
throughout the summer season.
Lots of competitions if you want it. We have a variety competitions and
tournaments throughout the year, please click on the competitions link to
view them.
